What is UST?

Created and lead by Matt Lovato, UST classes utilize unconventional stability tools (hence the name) such as the Bulgarian bag, steel clubs and steel mace to challenge your mind and body.  Learn new ways to connect to your core, build strength (especially in the less obvious places like grip strength, rotator cuff strength and shoulder joint integrity and mobility, and more, all done in a small group setting to make sure you are getting the most out of your workout.  Different tool(s) will be selected for each class depending on the focus of the day, week, month or goals of the students. 

What to expect?

✔ 5-10 Minutes: Bodyweight warm-up;

✔ 10 Minutes: Skill building and learning new techniques;

✔ 30 Minutes: Faster pace workout utilizing the tool of the day;

✔ 5-10 Minutes: Cool down, incorporating decompression and mobility techniques;

✔ Whole class: HAVE FUN!
