Start with a personal 30-Minute Introductory Session to find what’s been missing from your fitness and wellness routine. Each session is $30, lasts 30-40 minutes, and is one-on-one with an experienced instructor.

During your personal 30-minute intro session, Students will receive the following:

  • Individualized attention. You’ll be 1-on-1 with one of our expert instructors.

  • An overview of the Pilates apparatus you’ll use in our studio.

  • An Introduction to basic movements and verbiage you’ll experience in future classes or sessions.

  • An assessment of your current alignment and movement.
