The Practice Series is a monthly workshop designed to help you slow down, understand, and truly connect to your Pilates practice.

This is not just a workout. It’s where things start to click.

Each workshop:

  • Focuses on one apparatus, concept, or exercise

  • Is 90 minutes

  • Includes guided breakdown, practice, and discussion
